SCH-40

Plastic fittings made of ABS, PVC, and CPVC-CTS, include a range of tees, adapters, elbows, crosses, couplings, bushings, caps, plugs, traps, and unions. The plastic materials are suitable for a variety of applications including DWV, hot and cold water pressure distribution systems, pool and spa, and irrigation. Molded Schedule 40 products are manufactured to ASTM D2466 for use with pipe manufactured to ASTM D1785 and ASTM D2241.

SCH-80

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) Schedule 80 fittings for use with chemical processing, industrial plating, chilled water distribution, deionized water lines, chemical drainage and waste water treatment systems. Conforms to ASTM D-1784 Class 12454-B, formerly Type 1, Grade 1. Joined by solvent cementing, threading or flanging. Meets all applicable ASTM standards.

DWV

Drain, waste and vent fittings made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). PVC-DWV fittings are used for residential and commercial sanitary systems. PVC is one of the thermoplastic materials most frequently specified for a variety of products used in the pipe and fittings industry. Due to its excellent rigidity, corrosion and chemical resistance properties, it is also used in many chemical related areas. Meets ASTM D 2665 and D 3311. These standards provide the material and test requirements as well as the fitting geometries for PVC fittings. These fittings are joined by threading or solvent cementing.

CPVC Fittings

Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) is a thermoplastic pipe and fitting material made with CPVC compounds meeting the requirements of ASTM Class 23447 as defined in ASTM Specification D1784. CPVC applications are for potable water distribution, corrosive fluid handling in industry, and fire suppression systems.

Pipes

Shazam Enterprises are manufacturers of PVC Pipes including SCH40, DWV and CPVC pipes.

PVC is used by plumbers, pool installers, and local building and construction regulations set the safety and materials standards that such pipe must meet. Because different types of installations require different types of pipe, PVC pipe can be bought in various grades known as “schedules”.

The most commonly used schedule is schedule 40, often referred to as “SCH 40”. Usually schedule 40 pipe is white. In some areas of the United States and in Canada, SCH 40 is gray. The next schedule offered for sale is SCH 80, a type of pipe that is usually gray, and has a thicker wall making it better for high pressure applications. A sturdier variety, called SCH 120, is available as well, but usually hard to find.

SDR PVC pipe has the same outside diameter as Schedule 40 for the same nominal size, but its wall thickness is less (it’s thinner and lighter).

There are other types of plastic pipe:
CPVC, use for high temperature, high pressure applications.
Clear PVC pipe, used in food and corrosive applications or areas where close visual monitoring is required such as filtration systems.

Guttering

Controlling rainwater is a need not only for comfort when entering or leaving a house, but also to maintain the integrity of walls (deterioration or staining wall covering) and gardens. Amanco offers gutter system, fully produced in PVC, designed for applications of single-family homes to large industrial buildings. The main features are resistance to UV and corrosion, mechanical joint rubber which prevents deformation by temperature differences and require no maintenance.

Our rigid systems are manufactured with composite premium “diminished environmental impact” (by the use of organic pigments and stabilizers with heavy metal removing) practice which are leaders unquestioned in Latin America and pioneers around the world. The design of our systems, are based on local norms and international (ISO or ASTM) which offers security and durability with a minimum useful lifespan usually of 50 years.

Leo Water Pump

LEO, founded in 2001, is a professional jet pump manufacturer in China. Leo provides various high quality jet pumps to suit your actual applications. Jet Pumps are mainly designed to draw water from wells into residences. They are suitable for use in the draining areas which may contain combustible fluids or debris. Compared with similar products, our pumps are relatively inexpensive and trouble-free if properly installed and adjusted.

E-Z Weld Solvent

E-Z Weld makes a broad range of high-strength PVC, CPVC, and ABS solvent cements, primers, cleaners, and thread sealants ideally formulated for a variety of pipe joining applications.

All products are manufactured under tight quality control methods and meet or exceed industry standards where applicable. The maximum shelf life on unopened E-Z Weld® solvent cements is 3 years for PVC, primers & cleaners, and 2 years for CPVC products.

Available in regular, medium and heavy bodied formulas, our expansive line of medium and fast-set cements accommodate all schedules and sizes, exceeds ASTM standards and comply with all necessary IAPMO (UPC) industry listings.
